It is important to remember that the only source that can reliably confirm if you are eligible for the First Home Owners Grant and its associated benefits is the Office of State Revenue, and we therefore recommend you review the information available on their website www.osr.nsw.gov.au.
If you are eligible, we will assist you with completing the required forms and compiling all the documents required. This could deliver benefit claims up to:
- $14,000 for buying an established home or unit; or
- $24,000 for buying a new home or unit; and
- Stamp duty exemptions up to a purchase price of $500,000 and concessions on a purchase price between $500,000 and $600,000.
