Buying at Auction Checklist
- Contact Aurora Conveyancing and ask them to review a contract for sale;
- Meet with your conveyancer to discuss the contract;
- Meet with bank/ broker to arrange finance;
- Arrange building, pest and strata inspection reports (we can assist you with this if you require);
- Ensure that you have formal loan approval from your bank/broker;
- Review reports;
- Arrange cheque for deposit;
- Decide on a bidding limit;
- Bid for the property with confidence that you and Aurora Conveyancing have checked over documents and reports; and
- If you are successful at auction, you will be asked to enter into a contract on the spot, there is no cooling off period.
